1 Cup water
2 Tbsp melted butter
1 egg
3 1/2 cups bread flour
1/4-1/2 c sugar
1 tsp salt
3 tsp yeast

Proof yeast, sugar and water for 10 minutes then add to other ingredients.
Let rise 2 hours.
Shape into rolls and place in buttered pan. Let rise 2 more hours. Brush top with melted butter and bake 20-25 minutes @350 till golden brown. Brush with more butter when pulled from oven.
