2 1/2 cups flour
2 1/2 cups bread flour
2 tbsp sugar
2 tsp salt
2 tsp yeast
3 tbsp olive oil
1 3/4 – 2 cups warm water

Preheat oven to 450

proof yeast in warm water with sugar.

Combine flour and salt in mixer or large bowl. When the yeast is all bubbly pour it with the flour, add the olive oil and mix on low until combined. Add flour or water as needed until dough is smooth and slightly sticky. Let rise.

Divide dough into 4 pieces and place each into an oiled freezer bag. Put bags into fridge for 6-12 hours.
When ready to use dough, allow dough to rise again, punch down and stretch out into a 10 inch pizza and allow to rest for a few minutes.

Top as usual & bake @450 till crust is a crisp and cheese is melted.

I like to make 2 pizzas, 1 thing of cheesy bread and 1 thing of breadsticks.
